Joan was hand and hand with Wayne throughout their journeys. Both holding to their humble beginnings, Joan was the rock and putting in the hard work no matter where it need to be done. Joan has taken over more responsibility with the same goals and vision as Wayne did.

Todd Berlin is our General Manager, who spends most of his time overseeing and managing day-to-day operations. With 40+ years of experience, he has helped thousands of customers find the bike of their dreams. In Todd’s spare time, he spends time with his wife and kids at a racetrack. Jim Stoebe, otherwise known as Animal, is Suburban Motors. H-D IT and Parts Manager. As our IT Manager, Animal handles all computer, phone, and technical needs. Nick Custer, Suburban Motors H-D Sales Manager, handles all the Motorcycle Sale Operations which includes trades, pricing, customer service, and much more. Aaron keeps plenty busy being around suburban motors HD his whole life, he has joined the staff had has taken on the role of social media marketing, photographer, videographer, on top of managing all of the social media platforms, as well as the website. For Suburban Motors H-D He also has been involved with the racing team in every aspect of the team. Racing for 3 years and has been able to ride a variety of bikes. He also traveled with the Suburban Motor H-D team taking photos, videos, As well as wrenching on the bikes when he was able to. well, we competed in the road racing AMA Road Racing XR1200 Vance & Hines H-D Racing Series, 2012-2015. Fun fact in his free time, he has started his photographer and videographer business called Shaky Hands Films/Productions. Taking photos and making videos to try to get more people onto the racing scene!

Joe Houpt, Service Manager and Race Team Manager at SMHD, handles and manages SMHD’s Service Department. As Wayne and Joan’s son, naturally Joe has been with Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson® since he was 14 years old. Dean Colegrove, Harley-Davidson’s® Master Service Technician, provides high-quality vehicle service and completes any repair work. Dean has been with SMHD since 1985. In his free time, Dean will be riding his 1979 Super Glide or he will be hunting at his log cabin.

Jim Castella, otherwise known as Grim, is one of SMHD’s Master Service Technicians. Jim is responsible for performing service, repair, and customization work. Grim has been with SMHD since January 2018. In his free time, Jim will be riding his 2003 FLTR Anniversary or his 2016 FLTRU.

Brian Holk, Is in charge of repairs and maintenance to motorcycles. Brian has been with SMHD since February 2002. In his spare time, Brian is riding his 2007 H-D FLHRS or playing with one of his five dogs.

Shawn Hoffmann, one of SMHD’s Service Technician, is responsible for proving dependable vehicle service to all customers. Shawn has been with SMHD since April 2016. In his free time, he wrenching on race bikes, racing and will be riding his dirt bike or enjoying backcountry snowmobiling.

Ric Bourbonais, SMHD’s Service Writer, is responsible for providing customers with knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. Ric has been with SMHD since 2008. Jordan Houpt, SMHD’s Service Writer, provides knowledge and experience on products and servicing of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. Austin Clemins, SMDH’s Performance Specialist, is responsible for DINO tuning, engine upgrading, and much more. Austin has been with SMHD since June 2020. In his spare time, he is riding his Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST or he is hunting or fishing.

Twitch has been at Suburban Motors H-D since October 2008 and is our Suburban Speed Shop Manager. He's excited about developing new big bore kits for the Milwaukee Eight. Outside the dealership, Twitch enjoys racing and camping. FUN FACT: Twitch was a professional drag racer for 20 years!

Diane Lichty, Motorclothes Specialist, provides customers with knowledgeable assistance with all-things Motorclothes. Diane has been with SMHD since March 2000. Marty Gasiorowski, Detail Manager at Suburban Motors H-D, makes your bike is look pretty. Marty makes sure everything is looking clean and professional for his customers and staff. In Marty’s free time, he is riding his 2013 Ultra Limited, up at his cottage in Cascade, and spending time with his family.
