"I've NEVER written to compliment any business more than once but THIS is the exception (we raved about the apparel availibility near the bottom). My wife and I were on an early spring ride when after 251 miles of riding on Saturday, the bike died. We got it towed the 80 miles to Suburban arriving at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. Our worries about it being safe were all for nothing as first thing Monday morning Ric called to get the whole story on what happened. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and put on new tires (at our request) and had us on the road in 24 hours. All this in the middle of their early spring busy season when EVERYONE wants their bikes, like yesterday.
That was our first (but not last) visit for service. All the employees are awsome, they really have a love for what they do and it shows. And the cherry on the cake was a super squeeky clean scooter to ride home on!
Thanks again to the entire staff at Suburban Motors for making our every visit an enjoyable one!"

"My name is Howie and I tell everyone to buy there bikes at Suburban. I have been buying my bikes from Scott for 20 years. When I first met Scott (owner) he made me feel like I was the most important person at that time. After years of doing business with Scott we are at a hand-shack and my bike is order. Or if I buy used I have never had to hagel to try and bring down the price. I am no million-aire but Suburban and Scott make me feel like one. All I can say is that if you are reading this and you did not buy your bike at Suburban then you paid to much. I promise you if you go into Suburban and ask for Scott and say that Howie told me that I would get the best deal in town, you watch Scott work his magic. "If your looking to buy a Harley, Todd, the sales manager is honest and fair, he keeps his word and won't let any bike go out unless it's in perfect running order. I have bought forur bikes from Suburban and it's the only dealership that doesn't jerk you around. At Suburban you truly are #1 to them. "I am first time harley owner, and all it took was to talk to Jon and wendy for the first time and that was it I became a Harley owner. My brother Ricky is a harley owner and I wanted his bike. So when I came to town from Akansas he drove me straight to Suburban harley and the rest is now history. "I was at Mid-America Cycle here in Appleton, and John (owner)recommended to check out Surburban Harley, as he said they give super prices on trade in's. I made the 80 mile trip, stopped in just looking around, and ended up talking to John Maycock (Sales). I asked John what he would give me on my 1999 Dyna Wide Glide on trade in for the new Dyna Switchback. I wanted to get some idea on what kind of numbers I would be dealing with, John shot me a final sales number that was unbelievable and I could not refuse. I am now a very happy owner of a 2012 Switchback, and want to thank John and everyone at Suburban Harley for making the trip down there well worth the ride past 4 other Harley Dealers."

"I happily bought my 2005 Deluxe in March 2011. After getting it home I noticed a couple weeks later that the ignition switch did not lock. After talking to Dick B. who sold me the bike, told me they'd order a new one and have it put in. Having to wait awhile before I could get down there, I arrived at Suburban spur of the moment. They quickly got me in and out even though they were very busy in the service dept. That made my day so much, I ended up riding 276 miles that day! Thanks Dick B. and Todd B. for making my experience with Suburban Motors a GREAT one.

"My wife and I were looking for the Hi Vis apparel for next season. The dealership we purchased our bike from did not offer this line.
As it was near the end of the year (within a few HOURS)we called and spoke to Jeff who was encouraging with his information. After making a mad dash to the dealership, we found exactly what we wanted.We got what we wanted and can't wait to get out in a few months to use it in the real world.

"I was looking at buying a new 2009 Buell 1125CR. I started my search online and ended up calling every buell dealership within a 100 mile raidus of where i live. I called a bunch of buell dealerships. Suburban Motor by far had the best prices saving me at least a couple hundred dollars. Not only did they have the best price, they had awesome customer service and you could tell they where in it for the passion of motorcycles. I am very happy with everything they have done for me and I would make the 90 mile road trip (one way) again in a heartbeat. If your looking at buying a new/used motorcycle talk to Dick Behrens. He is real down to earth and likes to make his customers happy. Wendy Satula was also very helpful with financing the motorcycle and even helped me save around $400 off my insurance. Thank you to everyone at Suburban Motors for the wonderful buying experience. I will see you in the future. A+

"I was completely surprise at the amount of help I was given in order to obtaining my First Harley Davidson Motorcycle. They asked what I was mainly looking for and within a week or two they were able to find what I was looking for. They got me the financing and at some very reasonable low payment amounts, even though I was unable to obtain the Harley Davidson insurance, cause they only take credit cards and check cards over the phone, and I had to obtain my own insurance at quite a higher price, but I am still completely satisfied."
