Suburban Motors Staff

Management:

	Wayne Houpt - Owner Wayne founded Suburban Motors in 1968. His original operations were in Grafton, but as his business grew he expanded into Thiensville, which is where Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson/Buell is located today. Through humble beginnings, Wayne succeeded with a lot of hard work and dedication to great customer satisfaction, which is the reason why his business is consistently recognized as a premier Harley-Davidson dealership. Wayne is an avid rider, a loving husband of 46 years and a grandfather of 11 beautiful grandchildren.
	Scott Houpt - Vice President Scott oversees the entire store. He is involved in every aspect of the business. Outside of Suburban he enjoys racing his car and being with his 4 children.
	Joe Houpt - Performance Specialist Joe has been with Suburban his whole life. He takes care of all our machine shop needs as well as building custom bikes and tuning racers. Outside work you can find Joe racing his asphalt and dirt modified's

Administrative:

	Dorothy Parchim - Office Manager Dorothy has been with Suburban since the beginning. She knows and handles all the ins and outs of the most difficult part of the business - the paper work!
	Anne Van Langen Anne also is a long time veteran at Suburban. She handles all our accounts and makes sure everyone pays their bill on time. Anne also gives words of wisdom to us!
	Sue Nicholson - Receptionist The pleasant voice you hear when you call Suburban is most likely Sue. Not only does she take care of the hundreds of calls every day, she takes care of all the sales department mail!

Marketing:

Chrissy Daniels - Marketing Director Chrissy takes care of all our print advertising, event coordinating and public relations. Along with other various jobs including assisting Scott Houpt with anything that is needed. She rides passenger on a Custom Rigid Shovelhead and has an awesome 4year old son that wants a bike of his own someday!

Sales:

	Jon Maycock
	Todd Berlin - Sales Manager When not at work Todd likes to spend time with his wife and two Children! He rides an '07 Night Rod Special and if it's got a steering wheel and some power he wants to race it!
	Steve "Fonzie" Berti Aside from being super cool in general, Fonz is a mechanic, parts guy, and our resident greaser! When he is not wrenching here, he can be found riding his stripped and customized 1200S, working on his ' 74 CB750 or '52 Pontiac.
	Russ Maycock The veteran of the sales force. Russ is the definition of what "Biker" means, the gruff exterior with a big heart. He will use his years of experience to put you on the right bike! Russ has a bagger and a springer, a bike for every occasion.
	Dick Behrens Dick is translating his many years in the auto industry to the motorcycle world. He will work his hardest to get you the best deal, as long as he has had his morning coffee. Dick cruises on his bagger whenever possible!

Finance:

Wendy Satula - Finance Manager The backbone of the sales department. Wendy handles all the financing for our sales department. She is also the "Mom" and keeps us all in line! Wendy owns an Ultra Classic.

MotorClothes® & Accessories:

	Jeff Weber - MotorClothes® Manager If it is a leather jacket you want or the special collectable, Jeff can find it!
	Diane Lichty Diane can be found behind the MotorClothes® Island counter. She is always smiling, especially when she is riding her tricked out sporty!
	Suzanne Miller You will not find a more upbeat person, she is the sunshine of Suburban with her smile and outgoing personality. When she is not at work you can find her ruffling it on the back of her boyfriends '81 Shovel.

Parts & Accessories:

	Jim "Animal" Stoebe - Parts Manager Animal has been with Suburban forever , and never misses a beat! He also is a technical genius in handling all our computer and phone glitches!! Animal also rides his Buell® M2 religiously.
	Jeff Enright If you are looking for that special part, Jeff can find it. Let him trick your bike out for you!
	Mark Wenzel The all around enthusiast, having a Buell® M2 and FXRT, he can help you with the older bikes. From shovels to twin cams blasts to S3's - he's the historian.

Service Department:

	Doug Klumb - Service Manager Doug has been in the Harley-Davidson business for over 34 years. Doug has "seen it all" or at least heard about it! He enjoys riding his Ultra and has logged close to a half million miles. When not riding, you can find Doug taking care of his yard or on the pistol range.
	Jim Szudajski - Service Writer A veteran of our service department, Jim has been with us for a long time. He rides a new Heritage... the latest of his "toys"!
	Chris "Fish" Penikwitz - Parts To Service Liaison Fish can be found in the "fish bowl" his office behind service. He rides a Buell and has many toys to keep him busy when not at work.
	Robert Zanzig This young man picks up many things, anything from parts to fixtures. Bob" Grave digger" can be seen around town in his "does that have a Hemi ?? ,dodge truck."
	Todd Zielinski - Delivery Specialist Todd picks up all the service bikes and delivers them to you. When he is not doing that he also helps keep everything straight around here! He rides a Classic.

Performance Specialists:

	Chad Zdroik - Performance Specialists Thinking about an upgrade? Chad is your man and performance is his specialty! Come in and see what Chad's 15+ years of experience can do for your bike today!
	Kyle Schilter Kyle pretty much is the guy to go to. He helps out where ever and when ever he can. Kyle will soon be riding his Custom Sporty Choppster!

Service Technicians:

	John "Johnny Buell" Burnett - Technician "Johnny Buell" is our Buell expert. He rides a S3T, but has had many bikes through the years. He is more than happy to talk Buells with you! John also has a collection of bikes. Ask him about his B-Rod!
	Dean Colgrove - Technician Dean has the longest tenure of any of our mechanics. Very skilled and knowledgeable, Dean can fix it all. Dean also is an avid hunter!
	Louie Forest - Technician
	Brian Hayes - Technician Mechanic, custom bike builder, music producer, you name it, Brian does it. Great guy and greater mechanic, Brian is the man! He has a RoadGlide, modified for power.
	Brian Holk - Technician Brian is a many time member of the Suburban family. He is one of our ace mechanics who is experienced in all types of engines. He rides a bagger.
	Mark "Schmidty" Schmidt - Technician

Detail Department:

	Steve Hempelman When Steve is not working he is doing what he loves - Riding! He also plays a lot of baseball and softball and says he fills his life with fun stuff to do all the time!
	Mark Koeckritz With 10 years of experience Mark is our expert detailer! Outside of work you can find him riding dirt bikes, jetsking, hunting, fishing or at a Packers game!

Shipping & Receiving:

	Dave "Rat" Rattray - Shipping & Receiving Manager "Rat" has been with us more than 10+ years. He oversees all shipping and receiving as well as being an Harley parts expert.
	Sandy Arndt Every nut , bolt, pipe, piston, t-shirt, etc comes through Sandy. She handles all the inputting of part information in the computer and is the backbone (she keeps us nourished) of the department.
	Ted Eschete Ted is our top shipping receiving guy who has been at Suburban 8 years. When he is not working he enjoys checking out the backroads and being in the wind on his 2003 bagger.
	Jason Reich Every item you see in MotorClothes® passes through Jason's hands. If you don't see what you are looking for ask the man that knows what is behind the curtain ! Jason rides a custom Super Glide® Sport.
	Mike Milosch Mike is one of our shipping/receiving guys. Very helpful in making sure stuff gets to where it is going. Mike is also a budding musician!

E-Commerce:

	Norm Armour - Internet Sales & Shipping
	Charles Cowling - Internet Sales & Shipping Charley is a quiet guy that you can find in Shipping and Receiving most the time shipping all your online purchases.
	Kyle Stange - Ebay Sales Kyle is our E-Bay sales guy. When he is not working he is either rock'n the drums with his band or jam'n solo with one of his many guitars. Music is his life!!
	Scott Bundy - Internet Maintenance On weekends Scott can be found driving in many Demo Derbies or at many local race tracks or riding his Ultra Classic.
