Suburban Motor's Safe Shopping Guarantee
Every credit card purchase you make at Suburban Motors is backed by our security guarantee. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from Suburban Motors, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, Suburban Motors will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars U.S. ($50.00). This guarantee applies to credit card purchases made using Suburban Motors's secure server.
Our secure server
Suburban Motors works in conjunction with Card Service International Secure Commerce Server and Network Solutions to encrypt any sensitive information you type in. You can safely enter your entire credit card number on the secure server and it cannot be read in transit. Entering your credit card number online using these security methods is completely safe. If you are not comfortable with ordering online here is a way you can order from us without having to enter your credit card number on the Web:
Paying by check or money order
You can select "Order By Mail or Fax " on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S.bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't begin processing your order until your check is received, and we don't ship your order to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
