Return Policy

We do business based on a very simple principle:

Just return the item(s) within 15 days from the ship date and we'll refund the full purchase price (less return freight & handling costs). See Return Procedures for more details.

If you have a question about an order you received, your packing slip can answer most frequently asked questions. The packing slip is located in the shipping packet inside of the box or your order. If you still have questions, call our customer service line at (262)242-2464.

When you call, please have the following information readily available:

• Customer number (located on the invoice)
• Name and address the order was placed under
• The order date
• The order number (located on the invoice)
