MANAGEMENT
	Wayne Houpt - President & Owner   Wayne founded Suburban Motors in 1968. His original operations were in Grafton, but as his business grew he expanded into Thiensville, which is where Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson/Buell is located today. Through humble beginning's Wayne succeeded with a lot of hard work and dedication to great customer satisfaction which is the reason why his business is consistently recognized as a premier Harley-Davidson dealership. Wayne is an avid rider, a loving husband of nearly 50 year's and a grandfather of 11 beautiful grandchildren.
	Scott Houpt - Vice President / GM   Scott oversees every aspect of the entire dealership. He has been working for the family business for as long as he can remember and knows the ins and outs of each department. Outside of Suburban you can find Scott at the Go-Cart track with his wife watching their four kids race.
	Joe Houpt - Performance Specialist   Joe has been with Suburban his whole life. He supervises all our machine shop needs as well as building custom bikes and tuning racers. Outside work you can find Joe racing his asphalt and dirt modified's, and spending time with his family.
ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT
	Dorothy Parchim - Office Manager Dorothy has been with Suburban since the beginning. She handles the most difficult part of the business - the paper work! Dorothy is our go-to for just about any unanswered question. When she is not at work you can find her spending time with her family, at church and working with her 4-H kids.
	Anne VanLangen - Billing & Receivables Anne also is a long time veteran at Suburban. She handles all accounts and makes sure everyone pays there bills on time. Anne has watched many of us grow up and we turn to her for words of wisdom. When she is not at Suburban you can find her being a great wife, mom and friend.
	Sue Nicholson - Receptionist   Sue handles the information desk, filing   and the 100's of daily phone calls. Answering   calls also means knowing   our Dealership and what is going on, who is here and where to direct our customers, everything goes through   Sue.   In her spare time she takes care of her many rabbits and   vacations with her husband.
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
	Chrissy Daniels - Marketing Director Chrissy has been with us for 5 years now and most of you know she is always smiling! She takes care of our advertising, event coordinating, public relations and assisting our VP/GM with anything that is needed.
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
	Wendy Satula - Business Manager Wendy has been the business manager for Suburban for more than 11 years. She handles all customer financing, warranty, insurance and title work for all new and pre-owned motorcycle sales.When not at work Wendy and her husband enjoy back country road trips on their Ultra Classic.
SALES DEPARTMENT
	Todd Berlin - Sales Manager   When not at work Todd likes to spend time with his wife and two children! He rides an '09 FLHX
	Russ Maycock The veteran of the sales force! Russ is the definition of what "Biker" means, the gruff exterior with a big heart. He will use his years of experience to put you on the right bike! Russ rides a bagger.
	Dick Behrens Dick is translating his many years in the auto industry to the motorcycle world! He will work his hardest to get you the best deal, as long as he has had his morning coffee. Dick cruises on his bagger whenever possible.
	Jon Maycock   Jon has been hanging out at Suburban his whole life.   Seeing as though Russ is his father   you might say Harley's run in their DNA. Outside of work you can find him drag racing or riding his StreetGlide.
	Chris Huwatcheck Chris enjoys riding offroad motorcycles as well as his '09 RoadGlide. He also likes spending time with his 3 fantastic kids. Come talk to him for all your motorcycle needs.
	Chris Penkwitz - "Fish" Fish pretty much does everything, he is the sales departments go-to-guy, he handles all dealer trades, deliveries,
MOTORCLOTHES APPAREL DEPARTMENT
	Jeff Weber - MotorClothes Apparel Manager
	Diane Lichty You can find Diane always smiling and wearing the latest H-D fashions. When she is not dealing with everything in MotorClothes - from ordering to always trying to improve the looks of the store. After work   you can find her doing yard work, swimming   in her pool or out on her boat fishing with her husband. She also loves riding her custom white pearl Sportster.
	Suzanne Miller You will not find a more up-beat person. Her smile and outgoing personality make her the sunshine of Suburban. She receives in ALL of the MotorClothes products and enjoys working with customers. When she is not at work you can find her cooking, planting flower's, or exploring the world on her boyfriends '81 Shovelhead, '95 Wideglide or Custom Chopper.
	Kristin Dudash Kristin is the newest addition to our MotorClothes family. She is very pleasant and has quickly become knowledgeable to our products and department. When she's not here everyone is safer due to the fact she answers her pager to both EMS and fire rescue. We are glad to have her on our team! Kristin rides a 2008 SuperGlide Custom.
	Sharon & Duffy - Special Inventory Sharon is our vintage clothing specialist!   Her and Duffy handle organizing and taking care of everything at our warehouse; including   all merchandise preparation for special events! Duffy rides a bagger and has a lovely wife. Sharon   rides a custom Buell, has an awesome dog Otto and loves world traveling!
GENUINE MOTOR PARTS AND ACCESSORIES DEPARTMENT
	Rob Bluma - Parts and Accessories Controller
	Jim Stoebe -   "Animal" Animal has been with Suburban forever, and never misses a beat. He is our tech guy and handles all our computer and phone glitches and solutions. He rides a Buell M2 religiously.
	Jeff Enright Jeff knows motorcycle parts, even if you are looking for that specail part Jeff can find it! Let him help you trick your bike out; he is one of our customization specialists!
	Mark Wenzel From Shovels to Twin Cams, Blasts to S3's Mark's "The Historian" and can help you with the older bikes. He is the all around enthusiast, having a Buell M2 and FXRT with side car.
	Rock Lance Rock has been a rider since birth! He is a resident parts guy here to help you with all your needs, wants and gatta haves! Rock has a garage full of toys and can talk motorcycles and parts to you from the early 70's to present!

	Jim Szudajski   Jim is a veteran behind the service counter. He has been with us for a long time now and knows most of you by name. He is an avid rider and has a whole garage full of different rides.
	Ric Bourbonais   Ric is the newest addition to our service department. He has been a rider for a long time and in his spare time you can find him jammin' with his band at a local gig.
Service Technicians
	Dean Colegrove Dean has the longest tenure of any of our mechanics. Very skilled and knowledgeable,   Dean can fix it all.   Outside of Suburban he is a husband, father and avid hunter.
	"Schmidty" Schmidty has been with us nearly 10 years, he specializes in electrical problems and rides a '81 FL Rat Bike.
	"Johnny Buell" John is our Buell expert and is more than happy to talk Buells with you. He rides a S3T, but has had many bikes through the years. Ask him about his B-Rod!
	Brian Hayes Mechanic, custom bike builder, music producer, you name it brian does it! He has a RoadGlide, modified for power!

	Bob Criss Bob's main duties are new bike set up, accessories and accident bike repair. He comes from a out board and boat back ground. He also worked as a custom painter for many years and you can still find him doing a little painting on the side.
Detail
	Mark Koeckritz With 15 years of experience Mark is our expert detailer! Outside of work you can find him riding dirtbikes, jetsking, hunting, fishing or at a Packers Game.

SUBURBAN SPEED - PERFORMANCE DEPARTMENT
	Rick Cassel
	Kyle Schilter Kyle is our motorcycle tunner. He works along side Rick in Suburban's Speed Shop and is the go-to-guy for all your performance needs. Afterwork you can find him riding his hot rods - two wheels or four!
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT
	Ted Eschete - Shipping/Recieving Manager Ted has been part of the Suburban family for 9 years now and you can find him at all our special events helping out wherever needed. Ted rides a 100th Anniversary Classic like its a sport bike and loves to get places as quickly as possible! If you have parts questions, Ted can help; so give him a call.
	Jason Reich Jason has been a member of our staff for 6 years now. He takes care of placing the orders for the dealership. He rides his FLHX and Ducati Monster whenever possible.
	Mike Milosch Mike is a great guy and has been with us for years, he ships many of the parts out to our valued customers. On the weekends Mike plays bass for his band, Living Dread.
	Steve Berti "Fonz" Steve is the Nomad of the dealership and made stops in the parts department, service department, sales department before making the internet sales department his home. He rides a low; loud; tricked out Sporty and always has another project in the works.
	Jon Morris Jon was with us for 2.5 years in his first stint as one of our internet sales guys, now on his second tour of duty you can find him in the shipping department where he loves to chat and help customers get just what they need.
	Rebecca Hoffmann Rebecca handles all the receiving duties and has made a great addition to the Suburban family. When she's not working, Rebecca enjoys riding horses and her 1200 Low.
